The story
In 2025, building software stopped requiring engineers. AI tools — Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0 — let anyone with an idea ship a product in a weekend. By 2026, hundreds of thousands of indie founders, solo entrepreneurs, and vibe coders are launching real businesses with AI as their co-pilot.
But every business needs legal documents — a privacy policy, terms of service, contracts, NDAs. Traditional law firms charge ₪10,000–₪28,000 per document and take weeks. I’m Michal Topch. I built five iOS apps with AI tools before VibeLawyers. Every single one needed a privacy policy, terms of service, sometimes a contract. Every single time I faced the same wall: pay thousands to a lawyer, or ship without one and hope nothing breaks.
I have a law degree from Reichman University and a background in tech. That combination made the gap obvious: AI generates drafts faster than ever, but legal validity still requires a human attorney. The solution wasn’t to replace lawyers — it was to give them better tools and a direct path to the indie founders who need them.
VibeLawyers is what I wish existed when I shipped my first app. So I built it.
