We collect: (a) account information (name, email, password hash) when you sign up; (b) documents and metadata you upload for review; (c) communications between you and your attorney; (d) usage analytics (pages visited, features used); (e) technical data (IP address, browser, device). We collect this information to provide the service, communicate with you, and improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your documents are shared only with the licensed attorney you select. AI preparation analysis happens within our infrastructure and is not shared with third parties. We do not use your documents to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We use aggregated, anonymous analytics to improve the platform.

3. Your Rights (GDPR + Israeli Privacy Law)

You have the right to: (a) access your data; (b) correct inaccuracies; (c) delete your account and associated data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) restrict processing; (f) object to processing for marketing purposes; (g) withdraw consent for AI use. To exercise any right, contact privacy@vibelawyers.co. We respond within 30 days.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our managed cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Access is governed by Row Level Security policies that isolate each user’s data. We retain data for the duration of your account plus 7 years for legal/compliance purposes (you may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations). We do not transfer data outside the EU/Israel/US without appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality. With your consent (via the cookie banner), we also use analytics cookies to understand product usage and improve the experience. You can change your preferences anytime via your account settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: managed cloud database and storage, AI providers for document analysis, email delivery, and payments (when enabled). Each third party is bound by their own privacy policy and our data processing agreements.

7. Children’s Privacy

VibeLawyers is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
